You can use the ParkMobile app to pay, but note that if you are parking here to see a concert at the Fillmore, you can’t be there past 10, so you are likely to have to choose between a possible ticket, or leaving the show early.

Not a bad place to park, only that it takes quarters only. No credit cards, like most other public parking areas in the county. So if you don't have change, you are out of luck. And yes, they do patrol the garage to make sure you pay.

There is no reason for a 2 hour time limit for the parking here. It only makes things worse for people.
