Public Parking Inc Parking Garage

We just left New York and we were absolutely happy with this parking garage. We left our small truck there for 5 days. All the people we interacted with were great! Sebastian, Diego, and Joey were kind, precise and had a good attitude. You need to arrive exactly on time not earlier than you have scheduled and the day you leave all you need is to call them 30 minutes before you want to pick up your vehicle and they will have it ready for you! Fantastic experience! Thank you!

Terrible service. They were supposed to open at 6am. The attendant didn’t arrive until 10am. No one would answer the phone or email. They wasted hours of my time. 6 other people were waiting when I was there and they say it’s happened to them before several times. They charged me full price for this terrible service and wouldn’t even give me a discount for the inconvenience. I will never park there again.

The staff awful They probably need to be trained on how to speak properly to a customer
