Fair pricing and automatic gate/credit card ticket machine
Just fyi, There Is NO Phone Number to call if you need help. The only information posted at the garage is for a Tow Co. There is NO Info. Online to help you for this garage!! It is tight to get around the parked cars in some areas and getting on the exit ramp, but it's a good location to park, and they have an elevator.
Scammers, I have the ticket not toched but still did not work befor 11 am so they charge me the lost ticket fee which is 21$ instead of 15$ Also, the person who answer my call is very rude to me. I don’t recommend it.
Convenient inexpensive parking near the newly reopened Tobacco Co restaurant. No attendant. Machine supposed to take cards and cash but couldn't read card. Took a 5 dollar bill.
Staff is very friendly. Parking is a little tight on the lower levels but it is very convenient to Shockoe Bottom dining. Also pretty close to the river. Upper levels are monthly parking, lower are hourly.
