Public Parking Structure 1

Easy in and out parking. A block away from 3rd Street Promenade and a few blocks away from the pier. Excellent parking close to everything there.

It was a viable option for parking and served the purpose well and it was not expensive.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A TOURIST WITH A RENTAL CAR. WE GOT ROBBED LAST SUNDAY BEFORE OUR FLIGHT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE PARKED. WE WERE GONE FOR AN HOUR. NOT TO MENTION THE THIEVES ARE RUTHLESS AND THEY COME BACK IN GANGS LURKING AROUND. THEY ARE WATCHING YOU FROM EVERYWHERE. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS, NO POLICE NOTHING! SO AS A TOURIST NEVER PARK THERE! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW BAD THIS PARKING IS CONSIDERING IT IS AT A TOP TOURIST SPOT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! AND THE STAIRS SMELL OF PISS!

We've used this location twice and it's great! First 90min free and both time we've only paid $2 after spending several hours in the area.

Watch out!! Parking head in only. I parked 1 hour and got a 63usd fine. I didnt see any sign at the parking, I didnt know this rule. I am a turist from south américa and I was arrived that same day to LA. My car was rented and had plate both in front and rear. Santa Mónica is rich enough to take money from the people this way.
