Pucci Carpet One Furniture & Bedding

I recently purchased a rug at Pucci's, and my experience there was outstanding. Salesperson Tyler W. went the extra mile in helping me find the right rug, cut to the right specifications. He was very responsive and helpful, and I'm thrilled with the look and quality of my new rug.

Victoria was amazing! She was incredibly patient with my wife and me. We made several visits to the showroom to meet with her for ideas and advice. No need to go anywhere else!! Well done, Victoria!!!

The staff are kind and helpful. Donna and other employees went above and beyond trying to resolve the issues we faced. We ordered a king size mattress and not sure what went wrong but we paid a very serious price for the delay in shipment. We are dealing with serious health issues but we thought the mattress would arrive in 10 days. A month later and alot of pushing by certain staff it did come. In my opinion, Pucci's need to deal with their suppliers. The staff has no power to the point where the "person they deal with" was not at work at Serta", thus slowing the job down. So if this one person isn't available all service ends until they return to Serta? Really? It was a mess and we are really disappointed in dealing with the whole process.

Todd, Donna and Ray are wonderful to work with! Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable on products and wonderful at helping you determine the best fit for your needs. We have bought multiple items from Puccis and each time we did, someone took the time to talk with us to make sure our purchase made sense for our needs and our budget. They are patient, not pushy. They're completely open and honest about delivery and order fulfillment time frames and do their best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before the transaction is complete. I highly recommend visiting Pucci's FIRST before going anyplace else.

We were having a good experience when we were picking out carpet and ordering. Everything seemed great until the installation. Keep in mind, we aren’t living in our house and we have two kids under two. The installers left things in our house on that weren’t on to begin with (air conditioner, radio, lights), and the tack strip nails were sticking up through the carpet all the way around. My husband had to hammer them down himself. Two days after the carpet was installed, the seam started coming apart. We called, they came and looked at it and said it was because the seam was in direct sunlight and recommended we get curtains. They designed where the seam was going to go. They came and repaired it, and said they will replace it if it doesn’t hold up. Just not a good experience for a young c
