I hired Puma Concrete Corp through Sahily, their president, who was very kind and always offered me her work with guarantees. Although the initial work looked promising, I am disappointed with the results despite the guarantee. After 3 months, the concrete started to crack and I contacted her via text messages. She always answered me via text messages that I should not worry, that she would send her guys to me and that she would solve that small problem, but that she had not been able to go because of some pending work. Time passed like this until after 6 months she stopped answering me. A few days ago I started the text messages again which she apparently read, but I have not received a response to the guarantee that this company gives. I share this experience to inform potential clients,
