PumperJack Septic

I am a new customer to PumperJack. I called them this morning for a backed up septic system and septic tank pump. Even though they had already scheduled for the day, technician Cody Despaw agreed to come out after his last scheduled appointment to get my situation resolved. Customer service like that is very rare these days. Great company, great people. I would also like to recognize Erica in the office for making this whole situation so easy.

I had a great experience with Pumper Jack, especially with Matt Dallas. He was pleasant, well mannered, and courteous. He answered all of my questions and then some. He wanted to make sure I understood what was happening. I really enjoyed conversation with him while he pumped my septic tank. I will definitely be taking him up on his recommendation and set up an other appointment in the future. I highly recommended Pumper Jack, and Matt, for all you septic needs.

They were very professional, Erica returned my calls right away and they were able to send a technician quickly. The technician (Kyle) was very efficient and polite, located the septic in less than 2 minutes, patiently answered all my questions and left everything as if he never dug my yard. Price was good too, I'm very happy with their service
