PumpMan Colorado - Colorado Water Well

Don’t walk, run. I’m pretty sure we are the first or second well pump these guys have worked on. They replaced our municipal backup well pump and controls and it has never worked properly since. It’s like going to the cosmetology school for a haircut…pay someone to practice.

Worst company out there. Will lie about warranties (there is none), charge for erroneous hours, make up data, etc. Update: The pump failed less than 1 year after it was installed. New company found the wiring was scratched when the pump was being lowered causing it to short circuit.

If you want to wait over a week to be told they are not taking any more work this is the company for you! It's not that the job I wanted them to do was not a service they offered, I was told they were too busy. It would have been nice to know this when I first called instead of waiting a week without water.
