Pure Air Care

Austin and Steve visited our home this morning. They were on time- 1/2-hour call and arrival time. They were friendly and very courteous. It was wet, so they took off their shoes while in our home. There was absolutely NO mess when they were done. Fortunately, they didn't rely on my observation skills, and cleaned all the inlet/outlet points, including the ones I didn't see. We are new to this home, and duct cleaning is a worthwhile investment- with the right professionals, which means Steve and Austin at Pure Air Care! Thank you for a great customer experience!

Pure Air Care did a HVAC duct and vent cleaning service for us - Steve and Austin were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very considerate of our home throughout the entire cleaning. They took the time to educate us on what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated. They were up front on cost with no hidden up-chargers. The cleaning was excellent—the air in our home genuinely smells purer, and we can already tell a difference in my husband’s asthma. Highly recommend their work and professionalism.
