Pure Air Heating and Cooling

I moved into my house 5 months ago and had to replace my smart thermostat. HVAC Service tech Andy is very good. Great people skills and has very good technical skills. Very knowledgable. Front office communication could be a little better. A few times I was told that I would receive a call back but I did not. I had to call back. Although, the person I dealt with was very cordial. I was in the HVAC/Control field in the Air Force and worked as an HVAC service manager for a short stint after I got out. I know very well how busy it can get. I am well pleased with Pure Air and their prompt and excellent service.

1st and foremost the attendant was prompt and presentable. He arrived on time and before starting he ask if we had any questions about the service before he began the work. I ask him about a thermnostat upgrade that could help us with humidity control in our home. He had all the answers, very courteous and knowledgeable person. A true pro left us with a most positive experience. I am glad that we chose Pure Air for our heat and cooling needs.

Hired them for electrical service on a new build. It was a mess from the beginning. They blamed a new guy for all the mess ups. They were to come back mid November to fix what was done incorrectly and finish what we paid for. Soffet outlets, floor outlets, and the incorrectly wired floodlight were the items. Kept hearing " we will be there next week". Now, not returning our calls. We were charged extra for all these items that never got done. Will be hiring someone else to finish and sending them the invoice.

Called last night, Andy was here at 8:30 the next morning and got it up and running, explains what was wrong with unit and very reasonable prices at always. Andy has taken care of our home and our duplex for several years now. Can not praise enough about his work ethic, quickness of response, prices and showing care to the customer !

When another company left us hanging for 4 days with no hot water I was told to call Pure Air and thank goodness I did! Anthony came out within a couple hours and had us up and running in no time. Highly recommend them!!!
