I initially spoke with Sy about the developing mold issue in my apartment, and he was very understanding and knowledgeable about all my needs. Jesse came out to do the mold testing and was incredibly thorough, locating leaks that previous inspectors and maintenance had missed. He made me feel at ease and created a clear plan for me moving forward. We contacted Pure Air when the electrician installing new wiring in our sunroom came upon a small amount of mold.
