Ten out of ten highly recommend this company. I personally love supporting mom and pop shops and not the big box retailers. Communication between myself and the office was always top notch. On the day of service, the technicians were friendly, punctual, courteous, and made sure to clean up everything once the job was completed. The knowledge the technicians have not just about vent cleaning, but other issues like HVAC, too. I feel as though it’s important to have good conversation with whoever comes to your home, and these guys did. I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome of this company. I already have in my calendar for a booking in 2 years to call them back. Thank you all again. I look forward to talking to you anll again in a couple years!

From the first call to inquire about pricing through the scheduling to clean my air dryer vent I was not disappointed. Their responsiveness was impressive. We had to reschedule due to weather but when their Tech arrived he was professional and informative. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

This company is outstanding. Their customer service is outstanding. They did a beautiful job cleaning out all my vents. Their pricing is competitive many companies I called were double the price what I found most is that their knowledgeable and extremely professional I knew I was going to choose them for the work by the professionalism and business etiquette from the moment I spoke with them to make an appointment to get my vents cleaned Dan don’t go anywhere else. I called Pure Aire this morning. Had to leave a message but Steve called me right back and said they were in the neighborhood and could come by within the hour, which they did.They even removed the extra kinked up tubing that wasn't letting the air flow straight through at no extra charge. They were friendly, professional, and quick and the total was $105 with tax. I got a receipt but they also said that tomorrow I'll get an email receipt that I can just forward on to my HOA. So happy I called them. Don't hesitate to call Pure Aire if you need your dryer vent cleaned. Thanks for the great service!
