BEWARE!!!! Yes, he (Everardo Balderas) did same to me last year-- only about some landscape work to include cleanup and new sod. Understand he is using a variety of names and likely has other family members doing same--- while continuing to steal from people as often as possible. Unfortunately this gives the truly honest, hard-working folks a tougher road. KARMA to Everardo or whatever his current AKA/DBA is!!!
I was scammed by this dishonest thief. Everado Balderas gave me a quote for fence staining, asked for a 50% deposit up front to purchase supplies, then never came back. Please avoid at all costs. Criminal charges pending.
Forwarded my important phone call. Desperately seeking bulk topsoil. Taking my money else where!
