I can’t praise Luis and Pure Dry enough! I put off having my carpet cleaned for way too long and had a lot of pet stains and issues. Luis was so kind and patient. He listened to all my concerns and addressed every one. He worked hours longer than I expected, and I could see that he genuinely wanted to do an outstanding job. He truly did that — I didn’t expect the floor and carpet to look as beautiful as they do, and I’m very grateful!
