The entire crew at Pure Home Restoration is fantastic. From our initial conversations about potential damage with Jeff to project completion I was very impressed. Our claim wasn't an easy one, but the folks at Pure Home made it happen! They fought for us-guided how to navigate the frustrations and hoops that the insurance company forced us to jump through. In the end it was WELL worth our time, especially considering the team at Pure Home did all the heavy lifting! We went from insurance not wanting to cover more than a few shingles to a new roof and almost all new windows on our home! The quality of work was top notch, the products used were phenomenal! We will be using Pure Home again, so thankful for this local company.

Pure Home Restoration did a great job working with our insurance provider to cover the replacement of our roof and all of our windows and a sliding glass door that had hail damage. And our out-of-pocket costs were kept to a minimum. Their employee, Luke K. did a great job throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with all the communication between the installers and our insurance provider. I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience from working with my sales consultant Josh T. to the crew doing the actual installation and the front office people. Josh was more than willing to help me fight when my initial storm claim wasn’t going to cover the new roof. And thankfully we ended up lucking out with a second storm - but he was ready and willing to help me fight or weigh my options had we needed to.
