Highly recommend this company. Nate was professional, very considerate of our needs, and gave us all the information we needed to comfortably move forward. He also went out of his way to connect us with an HVAC guy to do some work that was outside his service offering. Definitely worth using.

STEER CLEAR!!! Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation was referred to us by a friend, and unfortunately it was by far the worst referral we’ve ever received. We contacted Pure after our home was damaged due to a roofer’s negligence (the roof was replaced during a storm and our home flooded). This was a liability insurance claim through the roofer, and while we weren’t paying out of pocket, we had to coordinate everything—which quickly became a nightmare. Pure recommended air quality testing, which came back good. They then cut into a baseboard and found very minimal mold, yet immediately began pushing an extremely aggressive scope of work. Very professional and knowledgeable company with hardworking employees. Brian was in-charge of mold treatment of residence and was very diligent, and has done a detailed cleanup. R.J and Dave also were there and did a great job. Overall, I am satisfied with their treatment and would highly recommend.
