I only met Mario and David, seen in the picture, and the icing on the cake was on Halloween determined to be termite free and David/Spiderman was able to give us the good news. With hundreds of options on the market, I'm SO glad I went with PureDefense. From the moment Jason answered the phone, I was pleased. Being able to be seen next day as first appt, I know isn't the norm but they made it happen anyway and less than 12 hours later, 2 rats caught in the traps. ONeal was my technician this morning and he worked so gracefully around my VERY curious 4 year old son, went above and beyond by removing a vacuum from my attic and even poked around my car and helped me identify sources drawing these darn rats to the inside of my car. Literally came to he 2 things and ended up doing 5.. that's the kind of service that keeps me talking about this company.
