I'd like to wholeheartedly thank and praise the young technician, Christian, who serviced my unit today. My experience with him was the exact opposite of the day before when a competitor's technician looked at the same unit. Not only did the competitor's tech fail to fix the problem, they essentially condemned the furnace and told me I was looking at either an $8,000 repair bill or replacing the whole unit at even greater cost! That tech attempted to pressure me to buy a new unit soon. Don't wait, he exclaimed! It was like dealing with a used car salesman. The Purl's technician, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had the furnace working in short order. Had to replace our over 20 year-old Fujitsu ductless mini split heating/cooling system due to no parts available anymore. Purls installed a Carrier system as a perfect replacement plus added an extra unit. Chuck and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with the whole process. All of them really knew their stuff.

After a few hands messing with my wiring (other companies too) including myself, the furnace and ac to the thermostat was a mess. Then I called Purls, calling for the "one" to fix it. Juan surely was the one! He had to read my faded wire schematics and start from the beginning!! The job was a success. Very grateful. Now my family is warm in this cold 45° weather. Thank you
