PURO-TEC Property Restoration

We had a house fire in August, we went into contract with Puro-Tec and they have been nothing short of amazing. The owner Pat and his wife are excellent communicators and at explaining the process of the claim, from township escrows, how to handle the mortgage company, permitting processes and all the many things you don’t even know you need after a fire. Our project manager Scott answers and/or responds to calls and emails promptly, helps make decisions on finishes while delivering quality products at a fair price. I hope no one ever has a fire but if you do you will be in good hands with Puro-Tec.

We had a shower restoration done by PuroTec and are very happy with the end results. The team was very communicative and worked with us on our availability to get this project completed.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Pat, Scott, and the team at Puro Tec Restoration have been nothing short of incredible throughout the restoration of my fire-damaged home. Their project manager, Scott, deserves special recognition — he has gone above and beyond, not only managing the physical rebuild but also keeping a meticulous paper trail of every interaction with the city’s construction office. That diligence has been a lifesaver as I’ve dealt with repeated municipal delays. The entire team has been professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. They didn’t just rebuild my home; they gave me back a sense of stability during one of the most stressful times in my life.

Puro-tech has been amazing in helping my family and I deal with the aftermath of an oil heater puff back and getting our finished basement and all of the contents back to normal again. The attention to detail in their teams hard work in cleaning every item and documenting everything properly for the insurance company has made this claims process seamless as well.
