I called Chris when my cellar decided to audition as an indoor pool. While on the phone, Chris patiently walked me through how to safely track down the incoming water source, making sure I didn’t turn a bad situation into a worse one. Turns out my long neglected 27 year old water heater finally gave up the ghost and created about six inches of standing water in my cellar. Within no time, Chris and his son were at my home in Trinity, setting up their equipment. They pumped out the water quickly and thoroughly so a plumber could safely replace the water heater the next day. No drama. No upselling. These guys were great to work with across the board. They responded quickly to kitchen flooding while we were on vacation, and got started same day for water removal and drying of crawl space, subflooring, and cabinets. Stayed at it with equipment for two weeks with daily checks on progress, communicating with us every step of the way. The work was filed to our homeowners insurance directly, so we did not have to deal with that.
