We had a recent drain leak in our home. From the first conversation with Joanne, we were well taken care of. Luis came out that day and was very kind and courteous. He was very informative and made the whole situation so much easier to handle. He was so great with communication and came back each day to check on the progress of drying our home and helped the process to move quickly and efficiently. Steve our project manager was given daily updates on the progress and we are ao grateful for the efforts of the whole team. Thanks again. We would recommend them to all our family and friends.

We had a kitchen claim for a water line leak, and our insurance provider chose Puroclean for our remdiation and build back. Jim Roman was our assigned project manager, and he was exceptional to work with on the rebuild. Very accommodating for any changes we wanted to make, and if anything was not exactly how we liked it, he worked with us to make sure it was what we wanted! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Andrew at Puroclean! I received excellent customer service and we were helped quickly and with excellent response time as well. It was also a big help that Andrew was willing to work around my schedule, so if you are a person that often has scheduling conflicts, I would say you are still in good hands.
