PuroClean was suggested by my insurance company for emergency services. From first contact to final cleanup of the mitigation process, Shawn, Luis, Nelson, and Jose were very courteous, efficient and professional. They did their job with no hassle and kept me abreast of the situation throughout the removal process. They made sure the areas worked on were clean when they left. I appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this company! Hopefully you will get Shawn to assist!!

Jose and Nelson have done a fantastic job on mitigation after a water overflow situation that impact 2 floors of my house. Their communication was great over multiple days, were polite and clean up leaving no additional mess for me to clean. Highly recommend.
