Highly recommend! We recently had water damage from an ice dam, and Puroclean of Auburn has been amazing. Brandon was on the phone with us late at night as water was pouring into our house and guiding us through what to do. He even called a roofer for us to help with the remaining ice! By the next day, Dean came out to assess the situation and get equipment set up! Dean was amazing. He explained the process for drying our house and was very professional and thorough. Once the house was dry, he tore down the affected walls and ceiling , disposed of debris and swept up before he left. Very personable and knowledgeable.
