PuroClean of Broken Arrow

I was told that I would get a call at least 30 min before they showed up to put tarps over some hail damage. I did not receive a call. They came out and did work with out anyone being home. Later that same day they showed back up to have me sign paperwork. When the tarps were removed the team left behind a ton of nails in my siding and window sills. It cost $600 to have 4 tarps put over my siding. Very pricey and I was not happy with the lack of communication and the mess that was left behind.

Ryan was very polite, respectful and professional. He kept us informed of what he was doing and what to expect next. He was punctual and did a great job at communicating with us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend PuroClean and Ryan to any of my friends and family. James and his team were absolutely the best! I'd never experienced a fire destroying my home. James answered all my questions and reassured me that he'd take care of everything from clean-up to the rebuilding of my home! He and his team are amazing. He's your go-to guy!

Brandon and Cory from PuroClean came out to clean a room in my mom's home and did a fantastic job, very thorough! They arrived on their scheduled date, in the time frame scheduled, much appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing for me to do afterwards. They were two of the sweetest young men we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They even hung new mini blinds in that room for us. My heartfelt thanks goes out to them!

The staff at Puroclean came in to help us after another remediation company had left a mess. They took over and the situation improved immediately. Our home flooded from a broken pipe in the cold weather last winter. They worked with the insurance adjuster pointing out problems that would’ve been left out of our settlement. They were very supportive, friendly, and patient with us during a very difficult time. Thank you guys. You were great!
