When others told us our entire kitchen had to basically be torn apart (including countertops, backsplash, plumbing and floor), PuroClean gave us a good plan that caused the least amount of disruption. Toilet backed up and flooded bathroom and bedroom. PuroClean showed 3 hrs after it was reported to insurance company. Their people were great very knowledgeable and did the water removal and dehumidifying and kept in touch with us to talk about the status of the job.
