We contacted Puroclean for mold remediation services in our basement. We have a toddler and my wife is pregnant so getting this addressed is critical. One of their workers visited our house for the inspection, gave us the rundown and the remediation was performed. He implied that post air quality testing wasn't inherently needed to save us some bucks so we opted out. They also claim that I told them not to remove some of the mold contaminated area (which makes zero logical sense). By their own admission, I was not given a liability waiver to sign, agreeing about the risk associated by not extracting contaminated infrastructure. I had a great experience with the Puroclean team recently. I had cat urine in my carpet. I had it professionally cleaned immediately, but it did not get rid of the smell. I called Puroclean and Shawn and John came in and tore back my carpet to the odor. They ripped up the pad and treated the floor.
