PuroClean of Doylestown

As the Executor of an estate in Pennsylvania, but a resident of South Carolina, I turned to PuroClean Doylestown to prepare the house to be placed on the market. Unfortunately, the loved one had been ill and essentially home-bound for many years. As a result, the home required significant cleaning. My overall experience with this company was both frustrating and disappointing. Communications were very poor. The original estimate did not match the property floor plan. The cleanup was well below standards - bugs and mouse droppings remained, rugs were not cleaned or vacuumed, furniture to be removed was left behind.The photos included were taken after a second round of cleaning. An email detailing the concerns was never responded to. Ultimately, I was forced to get another cleaning service

Sergio Nathan Dillon and Mike were very kind and thoughtful to our situation. They explained everything they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and courteous. Really good and efficient men.

If I could give Jonathan Sellars 10 stars I would! He and his teams went above and beyond to get our extensive water damage from our washer/dryer leak repaired. They worked diligently and efficiently to get everything fixed within a tight timeline as we are due to have a baby any-day now. Jon was friendly, professional and communicated so well throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend his services and will use him again in the future if we were to need it.

Sergio provided white-glove service every step of the way and made sure to go above and beyond in communication, scheduling, the demo, and cleaning.
