We had such a great experience with PuroClean! Tyler and Owen were absolutely fantastic. I truly cannot say enough positive things about them. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood each step of the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. They were extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. As a mom with little ones at home, I especially appreciated how mindful they were about keeping everything clean and safe for my kids. That meant the world to me.

We recently had a sewer line overflow in our house that did extensive damage to part of our first floor and all of the basement. We called PuroClean and the remediation people were here that day. Clint was very professional and thorough in cleaning and removing damaged furnishing, ceiling and carpeting. A few days later, their estimator, Neal, was here taking measurements and pictures. We were assigned Mike Fernandes as Project Manager. He was professional, respectful of our possessions and extremely courteous. He established a timeline for his contractors to complete the work and they met every goal. Mike was so friendly and understanding of the stress we were under. That meant so much to us. Mike fernandes did a fantastic job with what he could. Responded to every text/call. Any issue that came up, he did everything he could do to make it right. If it weren't for neil and Kim this review would’ve been better Kim the office manager has an attitude problem. I reached out to their office several times to pay my bill and was told someone would reach back out, it ended up being a big game of phone tag. Until kim finally called and was extremely stern on my past due bill. I explained what had happened and that i had no problem paying the bill. They tried to bill for work that wasn’t completed, they fixed it after several phone calls. This was supposed to be a “easy job”. I had a hole in the middle of my house for 2 months. From November to January. Gas bill shot through the roof.

We were generally pleased with PuroClean. They’re a friendly group of professionals in this line of business. They were respectful & thorough for the most part in their overall approach across the board of many people we dealt with; from the cleaning /remediation part of the job to the reconstruction end along w/the assistance from the administrative office & most of the company’s representatives including the project mgr (Mike Fernandez) primarily although it would be unfair to isolate him among the rest of the “crew” since we were pleased w/the rest. He represents PuroClean well. An overall positive experience & would recommended them. They’re a good group. Good job, B.B. & J.B.

PuroClean did a fantastic job with cleanup and repair of our basement after flooding from a broken water heater. The remediation team was prompt and efficient. Project manager Mike Fernandes handled the repair very well, communicating regularly and clearly while the repair team fixed everything up as good as new. Very pleased with PuroClean.
