Tim & Luke of PuroClean are top notch in their field. Kind, honest, friendly and trustworthy.....not a combination you typically find. We are new to Wichita & found ourselves in a disaster of a situation with a home purchased from an unethical couple. Tim was generous with his time, always accessible, and sympathetic to our situation. We are very impressed with the results, the mold is gone, and we acquired a new friend. I called Tim early on a Sunday morning to deal with a terrible skunk odor that had permeated our entire house, originating from two skunks in a basement crawl space. Although the skunks were fortunately isolated under a vapor barrier and never entered the main basement, the HVAC system managed to distribute the odor throughout the entire home. Tim was out the same day with all the necessary equipment and immediately took control of the situation. He carefully walked me through each step of the process, explaining his plan to address the problem methodically—evaluating results at each stage before adding additional steps or unnecessary expense. This is the second company I’ve had to look at mold in our house. The previous company had me pay for an inspection and it wasn’t nearly as thorough of an inspection as this company! We had a broken sink drain pipe that flooded into the basement walls for who knows how long. They came by quickly to evaluate the situation. They even showed up on time and gave a heads up before arriving, which I don’t see with a lot of other companies. He let us know the extent of the damage and whether we could handle it or if it was a professional job. Turns out we could handle it ourself with some manual labor and a little knowledge. Absolutely an honest company that I would recommend 100x over. Definitely more thorough inspection than other places.

Tim didn’t charge us for services we didn’t need or try to up-charge us. He was punctual, polite and helpful.

Tim came promptly to assess the water damage from the storm and started cleaning up a huge mess. His prompt attention saved my carpets and my basement from further damage. He answered all my questions and took extra time to explain things. I would definitely use him again if needed. It is a relief that there is still family ran businesses instead of huge corporate companies.
