We recently had the need for a company to assist us with a cleaning and organization of a family members residence. Francis was responsive, efficient and the attention to detail incredible. Highly recommended. Puro clean made a difficult situation disappear.

We recently had a very rough skunk spray around our foundation and porch that seeped into our crawl space and throughout the house. Francis was absolutely excellent - he arrived within minutes of reaching out, patiently explained filtration and remediation options, and took the time to walk both me and my wife through the process over the next few days. Unexpected ice damn from excessive snowfall resulted in ceiling leak; causing concern for buckling and other potential complications. After a hurried google search we reached out to PuroClean. Francis responded immediately, and stopped by, all within the half hour or so. When you are faced with a disasterous situation, there is no company better than PuroClean. When a flood destroyed an entire 1800 sf basement, Francis and his team came immediately to clean up and handled the mitigation professionally and left it spotless and ready for rebuild. We had water come into our home from ice dams. Came out the same day to do an inspection. Very honest , very knowledgeable. Said our damage was minor and didn’t require an insurance claim like the prior company that came out. Will be our go to first call for remediation going forward. Do yourself a favor and do the same. Other companies are out to scam and scare sell their work.
