I had an issue that needed to be taken care of preferably same day. When I called they were able to come & take care of it same day. Marie was the lady that took care of it & did an excellent job! She was very personable & detailed how she would be handling it. She was very thorough & I was very pleased with her service. I would highly recommend Puro Clean & Maria.

WATER DAMAGE is the worst nightmare, especially during the Holidays. PuroClean came to the rescue. Maria , an employee, was the hardest working woman I’ve ever met. She was very professional, courteous and always explained exactly what she was doing and the progress of the drying out of the kitchen floor and the cabinets. . Maria was very prompt and always answered all of our questions. If she didn’t know the answer she would contact her manager, Bob. We also met Bob, who was also wonderful to deal with . Dealing with the personnel of PuroClean made a bad situation a little easier to cope with a “water “ damage situation.

PuroClean responded quickly to my urgent Saturday morning call. Our sanitary sewer had backed up, leaving a large disgusting puddle of water on the concrete floor of the unfinished portion of our lower level. My frantic online search finally led me to PuroClean. My call was answered promptly and within the hour a professional was at our home attacking the unsanitary liquid mess, disposing of it and then sanitizing the floor. What a relief! Yes, we still needed the services of a drain cleaning service to clear the unsanitary culprit leading to the blocked sewer drain and associated flooding, but PuroClean led the way by taking care of a huge mess first.

We had water damage in our home and this company and Maria were incredible to work with. They responded quickly, explained the entire process clearly, and very professional. Maria’s communication was appreciated and helped make this stressful situation more manageable.

Had water damage back in December '24. Very fast response to start the drying process before mold happened. I was told they'd be back in 3-4 weeks to start the the drywall and floor repairs. It's now September 15th 2025, I've called Bob 2 times and was told that he would put us on the list. Why weren't we on that list right away? We still haven't heard anything from them. NOT a way to do business!!! Now, im looking for someone who will actually show up to do the job they were hired for. Called the insurance adjuster to let him know of my expand said I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Can't respond to the comment they made, so I am updating the review. Still a 1 star rating, they obviously didn't read the comment due to the fact that I had said I had contacted Bob twice in the past.
