PuroClean is a great company. Juan responded quickly to address water damage in my residence. He walked me through the process and patiently answered my questions. Both Juan and Robert promptly communicated clearly. Their team treated my residence and belongings as if it was theirs. The rebuild work looks very nice and definitely an upgrade from before. This company is a rare find. Definitely refer them to anyone needed these services.

Had a toilet backup at my home that caused way more damage than I initially realized, and PuroClean of Long Beach came to the rescue. They handled everything quickly and professionally but what really made the difference was how smoothly they worked with my insurance company. I was honestly expecting a headache but they made the whole process so much easier. Turns out they’re preferred vendors for a lot of insurance carriers, and you can really tell they know exactly what they’re doing and bring a ton of value beyond just the mitigation work. Super grateful for their help!

I am a detailed Doctor and I can say that I am so happy I chose this company over all others. Juan and Richard, owners, were super professional, super understanding and very detailed in all aspects. I had a major biohazard clean up and they, as well as their employees on site made sure everything was cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. They accommodated my needed short notice time frame and took extra time while there. I called 2 other long standing experienced companies and the degree of follow up, care, and professionalism was not nearly as great as with PuroClean. I made the right decision, thank God. We had a complicated mold situation throughout our house which caused us to open many areas rooms in our house. we are so happy we were referred to puroclean. Juan and his team have been nothing but wonderful. They packed up all of our personal belongings with much care in nice boxes and stored them away. They were communicative throughout the whole process, courteous, clean and organized. I can't thank them enough for remediating all the mold in our house. 10 stars, white glove service! PuroClean of Long Beach is truly a company you can rely on and trust. I had them give me an estimate to remove mold on the support beams under my house from a water leak I previously had. They gave a detailed estimate with pictures and humidity readings. They performed the work to remove the mold and dry out the crawl space. They reduced the cost of the job as they did not use as many dehumidifiers as estimated. They did a follow up visit and verified with a report/pictures the mold was still gone and humidity levels were in normal range. Its nice to find a company that is honest and does professional work.
