Nelson came out after a toilet overflow as I had concerns about potential mold issues. He was HONEST with and said there was nothing to do and the little wet spot would dry on it's on. He even drilled holes for me to a my fan at for it to dry quicker. Another company quoted me $1400! I really appreciate this company and their honesty and definitely recommend them!

When a water main was hit in our front yard causing our garage to flood, we chose PuroClean from a list given to us by our insurance company. I wanted to work with a local company and not a national conglomerate. They did not disappoint. From the first call they were responsive, kept us appraised of the next steps and helped us with providing documentation for the insurance. Nelson was our contact on site, while Omar handled all of the office correspondence. They were fantastic to work with and I'll recommend them any chance I get .

PuroClean of Norcross was responsive, professional and thorough from beginning to end. I had an upstairs neighbor's un occupied condo unit leak in to my ceiling and cause a 30 sq. ft. section of soaked drywall and insulation batting to simultaneously drop out and crash down on to my kitchen island and range top, taking with it a track lighting system. Omar sent a team out to handle everything until it was restored. One stop shop and no need to find and hire separate contractors to handle the various stages of work.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PuroClean of Norcross. Omar, Abner, and Oscar were an absolute pleasure to work with during a very stressful situation. They were professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Their work was thorough and high-quality, and they made the entire process so much easier on me. I genuinely preferred working with them over a subcontractor my husband hired, and I would choose PuroClean again without hesitation. Highly recommend this team! They turned a tough situation into a manageable one, and I’m grateful for their hard work and care.
