I had my house mitigation with this company back on July of this year. They came out right away and took care of my water damage and mold problem. Unfortunately we had some problems with Safeco my insurance company not authorizing the whole carpets remove so the restoration company can proceed to clean up the whole thing not just a portion of it. After all the work was done. I thought I can repair my floors. But unfortunately two days ago I found more mold underneath my carpets. I contacted not only my adjuster but Alexandra from the restoration company She said that there is nothing she can do about it. After my adjuster told me he was going to contact Puro Clean again to come out and take care the mold. I tried to contact Alexandra by text and it was not going through. I think maybe I

I had a leak in my bedroom and saw the PuroClean truck so I called the number to set up an estimate. At first, I was told someone will come out on Saturday. Then on Friday I get a call and the contractor says he will be there in an hour which is fine since I work from home. After the contractor comes out he says he is going to send out his roofer to take a look. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not heard back. I called the office to get more info and ask about whereabouts of the main office is located. Alessandra lied and said they are located in West Hollywood so that I won't be able to leave feedback on the correct branch. This experience speaks volumes of how this establishment seems to value clients and not the mention the lack of organization and dishonesty.
