My mother in law had water damage in her home I recommend PuroClean to her she said that they came out promptly and were very professional. Sam was in charge and answered all her questions. We used PuroClean for a mold job a year ago and they still kept up with the good service. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable during my fiasco and helped solve all our issues. My mother had mold in her house , I was worried about her health but we got her house tested and Sam and his crew helped me understand what needed to be done. If you find yourself needing the services of PuroClean, then you’re already dealing with circumstances you’d rather not. I cannot recommend this specific branch of the company enough. We first used them about 3 years ago to remediate a small plumbing flood that happened while we were out of town. They were able to get in quickly and did a wonderful job. Fast forward to 2026 and we had a lingering mildewy/ moldy smell in our 3 year old bathroom that didn’t go away after not using the shower for over a week and extensive cleaning of all surfaces and drains. I called PuroClean again because we had such a positive experience the first time. Our house was flooded back in December. It flooded the whole first floor and during that time we were not at home. We called the insurance to report the flooding incident and within 2 hours, the pure clean team responded and reached out to us. The pure clean team led by Shawn and Sam came over to our house to assess the damage. From there the pure clean team made a plan to help restore and rebuild the first floor of our home.
