We cannot say enough great things about the Project Manager Tony and his crew with Santos with PuroClean. After having such a horrible experience in the past with a contractor who did not do their job correctly, working with Tony as the project manager has completely changed how we look at contractors. He has been on top of everything from the very beginning and has made sure the work is handled properly and in a timely way that meets our needs. Santos and his crew have been kind, respectful, and professional throughout the process. Both Tony and Santos have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and customer-oriented, and we are so grateful for all they have done to help bring our home together.

We have only good things to say about the repairs to our home. Danny Ramirez took care of our home and our family. In the middle of the repair process my husband had to go to the hospital for surgery. Danny helped my daughter and myself as we dealt with this stressful situation on our own. He promised he would guide us through the process and he kept his word. For that my family is grateful. Our bathrooms are beautiful and we are thankful to Danny and his team for their help. The respectfulness and kindness was very much appreciated!

My husband and I have been homeowners for close to 40 years now, along with professional experience in residential real estate sales and home renovations, so we both are well-versed in property damage claims and the restoration process. Needless to say, we have worked with numerous companies, and their contractors over the decades, some less desirable than others, but PuroClean is now at the top of the list! Pat Mire and his crew were a delight to work with and did a top-notch job of identifying and removing water damaged areas and treating any mold present. In addition, communication was excellent, and repairs were made in a timely manner. We will both be referring our home owner clients, family, and friends to PuroClean in the future.

I worked with Pat and his crew to have older kitchen cabinets repainted; walls, ceilings, trim and baseboards repainted; doors repaired and painted; concrete patios repaired and sealed; light fixtures removed and replaced; and electrical sockets repaired and replaced. PuroClean was clear about the costs of the project from the beginning and the timeline. The job was completed earlier than I originally ask. Perhaps the moment I knew I had selected the right company was when I paid Michael, the paint foreman, a compliment on sanding the cabinets twice, and he replied, “We want to do it right, we take pride in our work.” That work ethic and pride permeates the company - top down. Given the opportunity I will gladly use PuroClean again.
