Ray was an excellent resource for me. I live out of the area and in this specific case, this was an investment property of mine. It was refreshing to be able to find someone that was responsive, honest, fair and does high quality work. Ray was incredibly thorough with his documentation of water and mold damage. He was also through when diagnosing specific areas quickly and efficiently. He sent me 5-10 page documents after each time he was at the property which detailed everything he found, completed and what the finished product looked like. I was very happy with my PuroClean experience as it was high quality and completed in a timely manner (very quickly). We had Ray clean our living room carpet.
