Nick and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! When we had water pouring from our washer, they responded the same day to assess the damage and quickly put a solid plan in place. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them!

Discovered mold in our upstairs closet, called Nick off references we had seen on Next Door . They came out The next day to inspect the issue and then provided an estimate. He then came out after hours the following day at 6 PM on a Friday night to mitigate the issue. He stuck to his bid and the work was well done. Not knowing all comparable prices, I feel Nick's was very fair . Mold was removed and would use Nick again if needed .

It is increasingly difficult in today's world to find genuine, hard-working people who take pride in what they do. Nick and his team are a definite exception. My mother had an issue and was in great distress. I called PuroClean hoping they could get her in the schedule the next morning. They were there less than 90 minutes later. The damage was minimized, and given the amount of work they put in over the next several days, the eventual cost was more than reasonable.
