After a pipe burst in our home we called Archie and his crew and they showed up fast ready to work. They inspected all the affected areas, set up the drying equipment, and made sure no moisture was left behind. The team was respectful, professional, and clearly experienced with water restoration. They kept us informed the entire time and worked efficiently to prevent any further damage. Everything was left clean and properly dried when they finished and we felt relieved knowing it was handled the right way. I would definitely trust Archie and his crew again and recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

From the first interaction, I was impressed. Speaking directly with a human and quickly transferred to Archie who made me feel like I was going to get the service I needed. Scheduling was efficient, communication was there. When you are stressed and dealing with an unplanned problem, this is the service you hope for. His cleaning crew Radimus and Brandon were on time,so polite, ready to work! They did such a great job and made sure I was pleased with the work. Above and beyond! I am so thankful I chose them.

Wow, what an amazing service! They came, they saw, they dried it up. We had a little mishap with a fridge water line and needed help right away. We called another company first and they tried to “up-sell” over the phone using scare tactics and intimidation like mentioning mold, before they even saw the project. So we decided to call PuroClean of Rahway and it worked out perfectly. I was lucky enough to get one of the company’s managers, Juan Rios a US Army Veteran, who took his time explaining what his plan was, and let me rent my own equipment to finish the project after almost a full remediation. I’m sure I saved money, but I’m also happy to have paid it to get a peace of mind. He removed several gallons of water from our media room that is only 130/ft2. Juan could not have done better.

Archie and his crew came out quickly after our pipe burst and handled everything from start to finish with real professionalism. They immediately assessed the damage, explained the process in a way we could understand, and got right to work extracting the water and drying the affected areas. Throughout the job they kept us updated, answered all our questions, and treated our home with care and respect. What could have been a very stressful situation felt manageable because of their communication and efficiency. By the time they were done the place was clean, dry, and safe again. An unfortunate situation occurred where the top condo damage my condo from a leak. Although I was out of town on a work trip I was able to coordinate with Archie whom was referred to me by Allstate. He went in and was very informative, and very thorough. Before even signing a contract he made sure I was comfortable. After signing the contract, he and his team came with the mitigation Allstate representative and was very thorough and explained everything to me. After a week Puroclean came in and did an amazing job of taking down all the walls, and flooring that were damaged. I want to thank them for taking the time to ensure my personal items were properly stored away. I truly recommend them to anyone who is in my situation or worse.
