I had a pipe break on the first floor of our house that affected 2 bedrooms and my basement. Honor and her assistant Sosa were amazing!! They explained everything thoroughly. Always gave accurate times of arrival. Very compassionate people! 10 out of 10 would recommend them!!

Bri and Adrion just left here and they were fabulous! Called ahead to let us know they were on their way, super pleasant, patient, and helpful! They explained everything and definitely made the plumber's job much more obvious! They were referred through insurance so we never met before, but we will call them (and request them specifically) for any future needs and you should too! Fire, smoke, water, mold, biohazard... and much more. Their work ethic is amazing and they were incredibly respectful of our belongings and were very neat and clean with the job! I had to take a moment to say what an amazing experience I had with PuroClean prior to this holiday season. It’s never convenient to deal with a significant plumbing issue, let alone days before Christmas. But the team at PuroClean made a stressful situation easy to navigate and guided me through each step of the way. Chris came to assess the project the next day (and he would have come by even sooner if I had been able to get out of work). Chris and Stephanie stayed in steady communication with me, so there was never a question about cost or timeline of project completion. Jayson and James came to my house and took care of everything—from room prep (providing precision access to the damaged pipes) to clean up prior to the plumbing repair which was done by another company. If I could give a zero I would!!!!!!! Recommended by insurance company to repair an exterior wall that was exposed inside from rot they CUT the load bearing wall studs and attached the new ones to the ones they cut and the wall isn’t attached at the top!!! The whole wall shakes and is BOWED OUT…they didn’t put a temporary wall either to support the weight of the roof on the load bearing wall and the bottom of the studs are supported by our electrical wires!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND NOT SAFE

These gentleman did a wonderful job for us at the Dept of Children, Youth and Families. Adrion, Tyler, and Stefan were extremely thorough, efficient, professional, kind and friendly. We highly recommend this company for getting the job done right the first time. These gentlman checked in with me at the front desk each and every morning, always on time and always polite.
