Yet again Puro clean did an amazing job for us. They showed up quickly despite a heavy work load and took care of our damage over 8 days total. They checked in every day, made sure we knew how the process was going, removed debris, and got my house dry quickly.

We had a dead opossum under our home and a strong odor that was getting worse. PuroClean came out and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing. They located and removed the animal and made sure everything was handled properly. This was a stressful situation, and they made it so much easier. Honest, reliable, and worth calling if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Also, we talk to them one day and they were at our home the very next morning. The technicians were so polite and went straight to work. Highly recommend PuroClean.

We had a waterline bust due to freezing. Found our closet,bathroom and portion of our bedroom flooded At 10 PM.With part of the closet ceiling laying on the floor. Blown insulation everywhere, what a mess. Immediately called pure clean who offered to come out on the spot. Elected to do some minor cleanup and call it a night. They were out first thing the next morning, immediately cleaned up what was left and starting the drying process. Performed remainder of demo that was needed, took good care not to let the rest of the house with debris. Over next several days had blowers and dryers running to lower moisture content. Kept us informed and explained everything. Courteous, And careful during the entire process. Kept us informed entire time. Did not come out without calling. Kept disruption

Wes Dusty and Beaux are highly recommended! These young men are very efficient; they cleaned all of our duct work in our historic downtown Marshall home in a day. And the bonus is they are very polite, kind informative and helpful. A+++
