David replied to my request for an estimate in a short amount of time and came to my house that same day. He detected mold and recommended a plan of action. The work was started on time and was completed in much less time than I had anticipated. I am very happy with the process and the end result. The source of the problem was found to be a crack in the sink drain line. A plumber was required to take care of that. David removed the affected sheet rock and insulation, and cleaned the area of mold. Then equipment was brought in to clean the air and dry it all out before replacing the insulation and sheet rock 3 days later.
