We had a customer dealing with an ice dam that caused water to leak into their library—of course it happened the day before I was leaving for vacation. Randy Corbin stepped in immediately and handled everything. He coordinated the cleanup, managed the dry-out process, and worked directly with the insurance company on billing. His communication and organization made a stressful situation much easier to manage. We woke up to a flood on New Year’s Day 2026 (Thursday) and immediately contacted our insurance company to file a claim. The claims representative came out the following day (Friday) and recommended PuroClean. Tyson arrived the next day (Saturday) and set up fans and dehumidifiers right away. Tyson and his crew returned first thing Monday morning and got straight to work. Tyson took the time to clearly explain the entire process and what we could expect. His team was professional, respectful, and courteous at all times.
