We found black mold in the pool room of our shore house from wall to ceiling. It was quite overwhelming to start. I called a few mold remediation companies that put a lot of fear into us. Alex and his son Jonah didn’t do that. We feel so lucky to have found them. They settled us by focusing on the process and made it feel manageable. Alex is very genuine. He followed through exactly as planned, and answered all of our questions along the way. The cost was fair, his team did great work and they were extremely neat. They covered everything with tarps from furniture to floors. When finished, it was as if they were never there. We would recommend Alex and his team without any reservations.

We were recently greeted with water damage, compliments of our upstairs neighbor hot water heater leaking. PuroClean came right away and removed all the damaged materials, treated for mold related areas and placed high performance dehumidifiers and air cleaners in our place. They sectioned off non-damaged areas with plastic and covered everything with drop cloths. The crew did a fantastic job, they were polite, respectful and kept us informed as the job progressed.
