PuroClean of Tulare

Homeowners beware these guys aren't what they seem. I had a water leak that happened on June 30th contacted my homeowners insurance and they got a hold of puroclean. When they came out they couldn't perform any work until they tested for lead or asbestos. So there was another company that came out tested for that on July 1st which I thought was pretty quick. I waited for test results and got them back in 3 days. Puroclean did not come back and start work until July 15th and removed all water damaged materials in my house. When I got the house back on the 18th with demolition work that Puroclean did, while entering my home I realized they removed a light fixture and broke it. I also found a picture that they had removed off the wall and broke it. Whoever moved the couch broke the foot rest

I Had a leak under my kitchen sink and called my homeowners and they sent out PuroClean, they were awesome from start to finish. Great communication, super quick response, and they did a really solid job drying everything out. They also helped me understand the homeowners insurance process, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this service! Erika was so polite, quick, and thorough. She did a fantastic job cleaning my house, and the carpet cleaning was also great. I’m definitely planning on hiring them again in the future. Highly recommend!
