Terrible decision to use this company after our house flooded. After Charles and Jacob received their money they left us with many undone areas in the house. I was told by Jacob to hire someone else to finish the job and they will reimburse them then he called me and told me the company decided not to finish the job. How can anyone with a shred of integrity do that to a client?! And Charles was dishonest as well. Before we started I asked him if something is not fixed right will they come back and take care of it and he assured no matter how small the issue is he will take care of it immediately.
