They were professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home and belongings. Their mitigation work was high quality, they always showed up on time, and they kept us informed about what they were doing and why. Their manager, Amanda, also visited our home and was incredibly helpful and reassuring during a really stressful situation. I called up and got scheduled soooooo much faster than expected! The tall lady that showed up for the job, Amanda, is a riot to work with. She showed up exactly at the appointment time, which almost never happens. Didn’t mind my dogs, explained the whole process, and was definitely a whole vibe. Talk about customer service! She provided the mitigation services she said she would which was : the tear out , testing, and drying of the water damaged areas of our home. Amanda and her team were professional, efficient, effective and supportive. Amanda and her team were kind and considerate, they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A young lady from Amanda’s crew even went so far as to shovel a walkway from my breezeway to my car so I could get out and take my mother in law to her doctor appointments.
