2/26 Thrilled with Nick and Eamon for their professionalism. This team understood my concerns about the water damage to my wood floor,. Nick explained the paperwork that was needed to proceed, equipment and its noise. Both wore shoe covers to prevent further damage to my oak floors from the snow/ice outside. Explained how often they’d be returning to check and always called to share the time they’d be at my home. My husband and I were able to go about our daily routines because on they’re promptness!

There were a few different crews of people that came to work on the area after the fire but Luis was always there. He was thorough and very considerate. He was also excellent with my dogs, which is one less worry off my mind.

We used Puro Clean Kingston for a biohazard cleanup and subsequent construction. From start to finish, Sean, Justin and Daniel were fantastic. During a difficult time they made it an easy, seamless process. We provided them with our insurance information and they did the rest. I highly recommend them!

We had our propane fireplace spew soot this winter, coating our entire home in a layer of grey sticky oily soot. Ceiling, walls.. everything. We contacted PuroClean and they had an inspector (Carson) over in an HOUR! Two days later they sent the team of Lewis, Gloria and Anna over and for three days they scrubbed our entire home, every surface! So nice, polite, professional and most of all GOOD! Amazing service, amazingly fast. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommend this company if you experience something that requires a much higher level of cleaning/restoration than a general house cleaner. If you are in the Kingston NY area - Ask for Lewis' team, I really can't thank them enough for what they did for us.
