We had a huge flood and our insurance agent recommended PuroClean. They were amazing! Stuart showed up with his crew and they started removing the water and the flooring within an hour of the call. Professional, compassionate, kind and thorough, they walked us through every step of the way. We are SO grateful to have been their clients, and if we have another emergency, they’ll be our first call. Our dogs even loved them, and THAT is saying a lot! This company and their team are heroes to me and a huge blessing for relieving my stress and anxiety in finding the house soaking wet. They made a bad and stressful situation go away with their professionalism, personal attention, and efficient work. The whole house was wet and half was flooded, my stress level and emotions were off the chart and they were calming and took over the problem, handled everything down to the last detail removing all personal property with care, tearing out wet carpet, moving furniture, etc. I was so impress and excited with the job this crew performed all in one day!! Fans ran in the house for a few days and PuroClean were there everyday to check on them. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Stuart at Puroclean was super helpful in diagnosing the extent of my water damage without over estimating the damage. They got to us quick and gave us a lot of peace of mind. They got us dried out and made helpful referrals for repairs. Strongly recommend getting an opinion from Puroclean before freaking out and thinking you need to rip out everything.
