Our roof has a leak since May 2025 after we had our roof replaced by Renfined Roofing out of Prosper. Leak is coming from the wind turbine they replaced. So being concerned about other damages like mold, mildew, sheetrock attic flooring, insulation, etc. Corey from PuroClean - Plano came out for the attic inspection. He thoroughly checked for the water damage and he stated that he could see where it has been leaking. He took several pics and showed us. Luckily he said no additional damages but eventually it will get worse and cause other issues. We were so grateful that he was honest and professional. Their response is really fast. They came out next day after my call. I will call them for sure if I need their service.

I have so much to say, that I have no clue where to start! But words cannot explain how grateful we are for Gerry and his amazing team. They are not just a business, they are people who care about their customers and will go the extra mile to serve them. Picture this, imagine being overseas during the pandemic when your water filter in your fridge bursts and nobody knows about this for a couple of weeks. Yup. Our WHOLE first floor was flooded.
